Prices listed apply for atmospheric pressure internal rafter supported cone roof tanks designed and shop fabricated to standard specification, packed for shipment, ex-works for erection by others. For other designs and specifications e.g., API 650, higher pressure BS2654 tanks, domed roof tanks, for specific gravities higher than 1000 kg/M3 or with corrosion allowance, prices gladly be quoted on request. Seismic loads are also taken into account, when applicable.
Tank Fittings
The choice of fittings for the site tanks is very extensive but for budget cost purposes a selection of the more common fittings and accessories is price tabled. Prices include primer painting and export packing with main tank components.

Price also applicable for tank internal surface flash blast cleaned followed by one coat Shell 'Ensis' preserving oil applied to base, shell roof and structural sections. | | PRICE 'C' | Extra for single stringer spiral stairway to BS2654 Fig. 25 in componenet form, primer painted. Details are given to enable shipping costs to destination to be obtained. Weights are Tonne (gross) volume are Cubic Metres for basic tank size listed. Allowance should however be made for additional items ordered, i.e., handrailing, ladders, erection aids, electrodes, etc. A definitive shipping specification will be provided once tank(s) are fully specified.
Integ can arrange shipment to most export destinations.
Prices listed (£ 'A') do not include desgin calculations/construction drawings.

Material certification, Erection and Test procedures, O & M procedures, Weld procedures/specifications, Painting procedures, Certificates of Conformity. Refers to INTEG Lists Nos. 130 and 170 for details and costs.
We provide for budget estimate purposes, our estimate based on UK experience for the number of man days necessary to fully erect, weld and test each tank size listed. Our estimate assumes that correct mix of skills and qualifications supported by cranage, welding plant, test gear, etc.
We also list as £ 'H' budget cost for fully equipped erection service for tankage constructed by INTEG in England inclusive cranage, welding plant, consumables, supervision, qualified welders, erectors, drivers, laboureres, etc., to standard specification, but subject to site inspection.
INTEG can supply equipment for tank testing, if not available locally, including vacuum box (for floor plate testing), air compressor and manometer (roof compensating plate testing) dye penetrant (nozzle weld test). Also water transfer pumps and hoses. Full specifications and prices on application.
INTEG can undertake complete site erection service Overseas, on Customers' prepared foundations. Alternatively, where local labour is employed or construction supervisor will ensure erection and testing is efficiently carried out. The selection of crane type and size, quantity and power of diesel driven weldsets, consumables, skilled an unskilled labour requirements will be advised when project details are known.
