match fitted at Works. These are designed to conform with current safety regulations and are supplied self colour.

Standard tanks are fitted with screwed sockets for vent, fill, outlet and drain. Extra prices are listed for BST and ASA 150 flanged nozzles and a choice of davit and hinged manways as well as faced and studded pads. Other special fittings will be quoted on request.
Freight costs to distant sites sometimes make it preferable to ship tanks in prefabricated 'knock down' form. In such cases INTEG can weld and test on arrival at site, or supervise construction by others.
The standard finish included in tank prices is one coat of red oxide primer on hot rolled steel. It is undoubtedly preferable to remove mill scale and rust particles by shot blasting tank external surfaces at works, followed before oxidation sets in by application of primer and subsequent finishing coats. Extra prices are listed for special finishes in List No. 130
For viscous liquids it may be necessary to fit heating coils to achieve satisfactory product flow. These can be of fixed or withdrawable design, plain or finned surface, carbon or stainless steel to suit application. INTEG will design your coils for you, to achieve required heat up rate. Insulation can also be fitted at works or on site.Refer to List No. 90
To determine tank contents, GRP or brass graduated dipsticks can be used. Or a variety of direct or remote reading gauges employed. Refer to price list no.110 for a selection of gauges and switches available.
